Farming
Dharma farms is owned and operated by Allan Yoza. Dharma Farms is a work exchange farm in the lower Puna area of the Big Island. Allan planted noni trees (used for the production of noni juice), bananas, avocados, pineapples, and other exotic fruit trees. The trees on the farm are matured and Allan Yoza is a seasoned farmer with decades of farming under his belt. Dharma farms has cabins, shower, and kitchen facilities. Go to the dharma farms website to for the full description. You can also stay at Allan Yoza's house in Hilo and go out on the work truck everyday. If you are interested in working on Dharma Farms, contact Allan Yoza or you can check out the chore/work exchange requirement. If you are interested in buying noni juice for wholesale distribution, contact Allan Yoza for Hawaiian Noni Juice.

Allan Yoza recommends noni juice for your health. There are many noni juice benefits. People who take noni juice say that it helps with diabetes, cancer, arthritis, headaches, back pain, and more. Allan Yoza first started taking noni juice decades ago. After experiencing the benefits of noni juice, Allan started planting noni trees so that he could make noni juice to help others. For more information on noni juice, go to www.healingnoni.com or contact Michael Harvey (Sales Manager).

Allan Yoza has been surfing for over 40 years. Allan has surfed popular north shore Hawaii spots such as pipeline, rocky point, v-land, and sunset beach. He also visited Costa Rica (pictures coming soon)

Since moving to the Big Island, Allan Yoza has popularized such surfing techniques as switch foot and switch foot take off. Allan can still shred on a short board, but he usually brings out his 8 footer, giving the wwoofers a chance to catch some waves.

Surfing with Allan Yoza
Allan's favorite Big Island surfing spot is Honoli'i featured above. Honoli'i is one of the better surf spots on the east side of the Big Island.

Allan usually goes on Sundays, but back in the day, he used to surf every day in the morning before work.

Wwoofers, workers, volunteers, and friends are welcome to come along. Allan's work truck is a regular sight at the Honoli'i parking area. Allan also has lots of surfboards around the house for people to use. If you are a decent shaper, or can handle some resin, there are boards that need to be fixed up too.
